Stylish classic old hotel with excellent value, we had an enjoyable stay. It had central location close to Auxerre clock tower.

Our stay was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed more than adequate breakfasts.

The views at this classic old hotel were nice. We got a room with a bathtub. The location was perfect and excellent, at a walking distance from The Theatre. It was also right by the historic town centre, a beautiful park and bars.

Luxurious fairly quiet rooms, they are provided with a king size bed, a tea, for instance. Would stay there again if in Auxerre.

The location seemed perfect to charming town centre. Got luxurious, new-fashioned room with a king size bed as well as nice balcony.

I truly enjoyed being there, the place is lovely small and stylish.

Our stay at Hotel Les Marechaux was delightful. The room was beautifully decorated in a traditional style and impressively clean. We were especially pleased with the plentiful and varied breakfast options. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center, where we found charming bistros and restaurants to enjoy. Additionally, having parking on the premises made loading and unloading a breeze.

The lighting control in our room was a bit tricky to figure out, and we discovered that the owners were not on site after 8pm. We also arrived later than expected and should have called ahead, as the owner wasn't too pleased.

Very nice traditional decor, clean and comfortable room good location a short walk from city center, easy parking, helpful staff, free wifi.

There were no english language language channels available on the TV, only French.

It is in a beautiful setting and looks great but......

The walls were rather thin - could listen to the neighbours conversations.... They also need to pay more attention to their maintenance as the toilet seat came off and it would have been nice to stand up to have a shower!!!

As young people, we loved the renovated historic building and the old-world feel it had. The Owners are doing a fantastic job restoring it. The swimming pool being open was a pleasant surprise, and we enjoyed taking a refreshing dip after our long drive. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the city centre, but still peaceful. The parking facilities were a bonus. We also loved the lovely grounds at the back of the building, where we could take pleasant walks. The continental breakfast was excellent, with local meats and cheeses, and the coffee was really good. The owners were friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for anything more.

Easy parking and access, short walk to old town. Lovely elegant building with efficient front desk. Room decor in keeping with building, comfortable bed, and dual aspect windows with a beautiful view. Great breakfast with quality yogurts, fruit, cereals, hams, and cheeses. Lovely teas and coffee.

Room on the ground floor couldn't enjoy opened windows. Air conditioning unit took up space, but worked well.

Outstanding staff. Room was ultra quiet, as I had requested, and overlooked the hotel's beautiful gardens. Swimming pool was heated and just the right size for doing laps. Convenient for visiting the old part of Auxerre with its cathedral and restaurants, while avoiding the noise and congestion of the town.

Fairly clean hotel, I loved very attentive and excellent staff. The beds were especially good, the room was neat and new-fashioned. I️ had a particularly nice view overlooking city. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for exploring this very very nice area, short walk to the public areas, the interesting centre, and several good restaurants. Also, it was placed just 1 km from Church of Saint-Eusebe.
